Shirley A. Seibert, 79, of Defiance, died at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Laurels of Defiance. Arrangements are pending at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home.

  • Shirley is my aunt and sister to my mother, Colleen. I hadn't seen her since my father's funeral in 1983 but always remember her as a funny woman who let me spend hours at her house playing with my cousin Susie and eating hot dogs with lots of mustard. I am so sorry that our family does not stay in touch with each other or have reunions. I miss being part of such a large family! I am so sorry for the loss of Shirley.
