NEW ALBANY -- Alyana "Aly" Karley Lerma Gerken, 3, died Wednesday evening, January 2, 2013, in her New Albany home.
She was a little girl with a big legacy... She was born September 25, 2009, to Kara Nicole Gerken and Presiliano "Justin" Lerma III in Toledo. She was baptized in the Christian faith on December 15, 2009. She is survived by her great-grandparents; grandparents, David and Kim Gerken, Scott and Jean Knepley, Presiliano Lerma Jr. and Judith Urbina.
Friends and family will be received in the Zachrich Funeral Home, 114 William Street, Holgate, on Saturday, January 5, 2013, from 11 a.m. until her service. The celebration of Aly's life will be at 1 p.m. with Reverend Ed Briggeman officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, Napoleon.
