Naomi Brubaker

NAPOLEON -- Naomi M. Brubaker, 90, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away December 29, 2012, at ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital.

Naomi was born November 19, 1922, in Napoleon. She was the wife for 62 years of the late Lester Brubaker. They were married on August 3, 1940. Naomi had a career in retail sales. She worked at the Charles Company, Sears, Roebuck and Fashion Bug. Naomi was a member of the Napoleon Rebecca Lodge.

Naomi is survived by two loving sons, Robert (Phyllis) Brubaker and Terry (Sharon) Brubaker, both of Napoleon; daughter-in-law, Diane Brubaker, Fayette, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Roger Brubaker in 2007; and great-granddaughter, Jessica Curtis.

Friends may call at Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, on Thursday, January 3, from 4-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, at 10:30 a.m. at Walker Mortuary. Reverend Tom Polker will be officiating. Arrangements are in care of the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio.
