LoRean Martin, 82, of Defiance, Ohio, and formerly of Hicksville, Ohio, died at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at CHP Defiance Area In-Patient Hospice Center, Defiance.
She was a homemaker. LoRean Martin was born on December 17, 1929, in Martinsville, Indiana, the daughter of Edward Johnston. She married Eugene A. Martin, and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughter, Sherry (Junior Wirth) Roby, of Bryan, Ohio; son, Gary Martin, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Tammy (Cory) Black, of Defiance, Christina (Jason) Schilt, of Sherwood, Ohio, Eugena Watson, of Auburn, Indiana, Katie Martin, of San Diego, California, Lauren Martin and Grace Martin, both of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and one sister.
Visitation for LoRean Martin will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012, from 3-5 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio, with the funeral service at 5 p.m., with Pastor Larry Snavely officiating. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton, will take place on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.
