Amos 'Bill' Fry

FORT WAYNE -- Amos W. "Bill" Fry, 81, Fort Wayne, died Monday, November 19, 2012.

He was born May 7, 1931, in Fort Wayne, the son of Richard W. and Beatrice (Ross) Fry. On February 23, 1957, he married Wilma C. (Strabele), who survives. He was employed by Kemper Insurance for eight years and retired from Ohio Casualty Insurance retiring in 1993 after 28 years. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Fort Wayne, and Adjusters Association.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma, Fort Wayne; sons, Richard (Cindy) of Liberty Township, Ohio, Michael (Susan) of Seattle, Washington, Eric and Kevin (Angie) of Fort Wayne; daughters, Elizabeth (Stephen) Charles and Kendall (Tom) Clark of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Mallory and Steven Fry, Matthew Fry, Jessica and Brittney Clark, and Kyle and Emma Charles.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, November 26, at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Paulding. Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery, Paulding. Visitation will be from 4:30-7 p.m. Sunday with a wake service at 7 p.m. at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding.
