BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) -- The Lilly Endowment has given Indiana University's Kelley School of Business a $33 million grant to expand its undergraduate program. The grant will allow the school to renovate and expand a building where classrooms are currently filled to capacity. The new facilities will include emerging technology labs to allow classes to work on projects with Indiana companies.
IU President Michael McRobbie said he hopes the renovation will entice business students to come to Indiana and stay after graduating.
Expansion will begin this spring, and the existing building will be renovated one floor at a time. Construction is expected to be completed in three years.
