I-71 northbound closes after fatal SW Ohio crash

CINCINNATI (AP) -- Interstate 71 going north from Cincinnati has been shut down after a fatal crash.

Regional traffic authorities say the interstate's northbound lanes closed late Tuesday morning after police reported a multiple-vehicle accident that left at least one person dead. They expected it to remain closed about four hours.

Traffic coming north across the Ohio River from Kentucky can use Interstate 75.
