COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- A group of Columbus police officers will get to share $1 million from a winning Powerball ticket.
The group just missed out on last week's big $588 million jackpot, matching five of six winning numbers.
About two dozen officers had pooled their money to buy more than 50 tickets for the drawing.
The officers will take home about $30,000 each
Lt. Kevin Conley tells The Columbus Dispatch (http://bit.ly/UvT5N1 ) that everyone in the office was pretty low-key about the winning ticket.
