WESTERVILLE, Ohio (AP) -- An Ohio man is charged with rape after police say he attacked a former co-worker in her home.
Court records show 50-year-old Rickey Dye of Columbus also is charged with kidnapping and aggravated robbery last week in suburban Westerville. He was arraigned Monday in Franklin County Municipal Court and bond was set at just over $150,000.
WBNS-TV reports Dye was fired from his job shortly after the woman filed a sexual harassment claim against him.
The station reports that court documents show Dye is accused of forcing the 64-year-old woman into her home with a utility knife, raping her, tying her to a bedrail and taking her purse.
WCMH-TV reports that police say the woman freed herself and called 911. WSYX-TV reports the two had worked at a shelter.
