LONDON (AP) -- Juan Mata helped Chelsea to break through Brentford's resistance in the second half and advance to the fifth round with a 4-0 victory over the third tier side in their replay on Sunday.
After being held to a 2-2 draw by their west London rivals three weeks ago, the Blues took until the 54th minute to score at Stamford Bridge, with Mata striking from the edge of the penalty area.
After Oscar flicked in Chelsea's second, Mata whipped in the cross that Frank Lampard sidefooted into the net in the 71st.
And another Chelsea veteran scored 10 minutes later, with captain John Terry heading home.
Chelsea will play at Middlesbrough in the fifth round on Feb. 27.
