NEW YORK (AP) -- Comments on the Tennessee Titans by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
___
TENNESSEE TITANS (26)
Chris Berman (ESPN, 28) -- Snow and cold not their thing.
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 31) -- Even their owner has trouble watching them play an entire game.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 28)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 23) -- Is anybody else concerned about what they've seen from Jake Locker this season?
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 24) -- Titans owner Bud Adams said he had to turn the TV off in this one. Suspect many other Titans fans did the same in a 55-7 loss in Green Bay.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 23) -- The Titans have allowed seven touchdowns on returns this season -- four on interceptions, one on a fumble, one on a kickoff return and one on a blocked punt return.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 26) -- Owner Bud Adams wants to know what's wrong with these guys. I call Jake Locker to the witness stand.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 26) -- In a league littered with lousy defenses, they've given up an NFL-high 451 points.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 29) -- Firing offensive coordinator Chris Palmer didn't accomplish anything except take the players off the hook. A 55-7 loss isn't Palmer's fault.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 23)
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 28) -- Having surrendered 451 points, the Titans are 10 away from allowing the highest single-season total in the franchise's 53-year history.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 26) -- Given the success other young quarterbacks are having, the Titans can't feel very good about where Jake Locker is in his development.
